Highland Roller Doors is a small editorial project. We answer every email, but please read the notes below first — most of the common questions are covered faster on the guide pages.
Reader questions
If you have a question we haven't answered on the cost guide, installer guide, materials page, or security page, drop us a line at editor@highlandrollerdoors.co.uk. Include the opening size, the rough postcode (first half is fine), and what you are trying to achieve. We answer reader questions within five working days and will publish the useful ones as FAQ entries.
Corrections
We take factual corrections seriously. If you spot a price that is out of line with what you are being quoted, a specification that has changed, or anything we have got wrong, email corrections@highlandrollerdoors.co.uk. Confirmed corrections are dated and logged at the foot of the page they affect.
Installer listings
We do not currently run a paid directory and we do not sell leads. We are gathering a short, vetted list of Highland installers for a future release — if you are an installer and want to be considered, email installers@highlandrollerdoors.co.uk with your DHF membership number, company registration, and three recent customer references. We will confirm membership and reply within two weeks.

For press and commercial enquiries, email hello@highlandrollerdoors.co.uk. We accept limited, clearly labelled sponsorship on the cost guide and materials page. Sponsored placements do not change our editorial ranking — if a product is bad in our view, it stays bad in the write-up.
